  some kid got waterboarded on the playground but i cant eat a packet of crisps without being confronted by teachers. But i have to say the waterboarding was pretty good. Also the school smells like Chernobyl not surprising as when you enter the school it feels like you just entered communist Russia. But at least the rats are friendly, that is before the second sewer leakage which the rats corpse is now floating in. There moto is no student left behind' but according to one student if you like star wars you go to hell.

  I left here two years ago. Since then, I have been the happiest I have ever been. Upon going to sixth form I never realized just how unhappy I was here. The atmosphere was horrible and I couldn't wait to get out. Back in the days of the hall, it was used for ridiculous things (I got sent for singing and picking up a chair 'wrong') and later on, the behaviour system of two points and you're out was never used properly. The hub was used daily as an excuse to get out of lessons, fake mental illness and more. In my final year, I had worked massively on a coursework piece to be told the DAY of my exam that I had based it all on the wrong thing (upon my teachers direct instructions) and that I had to redo all my hard work again. Sure, I had an alright time in year 7-8, but the school is grubby, in need of development and just purely disgusting in general. There are tables genuinely held together with chewing gum. My parents didn't expect me to do well after my experiences at Ely College, but leaving was the best thing I've ever done. For the love of god, don't send your children here-unless you want them to turn into a desperate chav who smokes at 12 and doesn't know how to spell. It's easier to just send them to prison, the food will probably be better.
